Baswood Group of Companies consists of Baswood Industries Sdn Bhd and Aimwood Furniture Industries Sdn Bhd.

Baswood Industries Sdn Bhd was established in 1984 for manufacturing and exporting solid wood furniture. It is now operating on a 5-acre land with 136,800 square feet (12,716 m2) built-up area and 150 workforce. It is an integrated set-up factory involved in complete processes of Colonial and Windsor dining sets production from raw materials to finished products.

Aimwood Furniture Industries Sdn Bhd is a wholly owned subsidiary of Baswood located about 1640 feet (500 meters) apart. It was in operation since 1998 on a 10-acreland with 303,000 square feet (28,165 m2) built-up area and 350 workforce. It is also an integrated set-up factory in manufacturing Contemporary Dining and Bed Room Sets complete with matching Buffets/Hutches, Wardrobes, Chests, and Occasional Items.

The Group produces high quality solid wood furnitures under its brand name "dinerhill".

The factories are equipped with its in house timber preservative treatment with kiln drying facilities and production lines in fully automated machineries. A comprehensive and sophisticated dust extraction system enhances the environmental quality. Its ISO 9001 certification testified the Group's commitment in producing quality products and achieving customers' satisfaction.

The Group emerged as one of the winners in the Malaysian Enterprise 50 Award Programme in 2001, 2002, 2003 and 2004. It also prides itself as an integrated manufacturer of solid wood furniture products which enables the group to achieve its policy of High Quality, Prompt Deliveries and Competitive Prices.
